Safe Park Indy provides safe, legal overnight parking for individuals living in their vehicles due to homelessness. This program is designed as a short-term, emergency solution—not a long-term housing option.

Our services are intended for those experiencing homelessness and are not available for individuals living in their vehicles by choice, travelers seeking a place to rest, or individuals with active warrants, recent violent criminal convictions, or who are listed on a sex offender registry. We are also unable to accommodate RVs or campers.

After you submit your application, we will conduct a background check. Once this process is complete, we will notify you if you are approved.

If approved, your contact information is essential. Please make sure your phone number and email address are accurate. When a parking space becomes available, we will notify all approved clients by text and email. Spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis—the first person to respond will receive the spot—so please check your messages regularly.

For safety and privacy, lot locations are not public. Approved clients will receive location details and instructions once a space has been confirmed.
